The Cottage

***NEW*** Ok, we've had to add this to the page.  Many of you have written us about how you fear the Barbie and Ken crowd, that you are average and fear the intimidation that comes with that.

1.) Do we have great looking people here? Of course we do. But they come in all shapes, sizes colors and backgrounds. We are proud to say we have one of the most diverse crowds of any club in the tri-state area. Not just body types, but cultural, racial and social and economic backgrounds.

2.) What's the average height and weight of members? Couldn't tell you.  The truth is that most of us don't really care. Especially when you've had the opportunity to get to know someone, and that meeting has now forced you to adjust what type of people you thought you were interested in.

3.) What's the age range? Will I meet someone my mothers age when I get there? Well, unless you are in your late 60's then it's possible you could meet someone your mothers age here. In fact, to some's surprise they actually saw their mothers here!  But thats another story! Our ages ranges from the minimum of 21 years old to those of retirement age. The average fluctuates each night but generally runs 25ish to 55ish.  But younger and older folks are here each night and have a great time because most of us really don't ask for ID's! We meet, talk and see how things click!

4.) My wife and I are scared, new and generally kind of a wall flower couple, is there a way for me to overcome that?  We always have a generous amount of staff and committee members (Red Tag) here to help in any way they can. Communicate with us. Tell us if there is someone you'd like to meet and most of us can make that happen in the most relaxing, un-awkward manner possible.  Keep in mind, nothing HAS to happen! Just being here is a sexual charge like you've never experienced! We have a ice-breaker game or event every evening to help transition folks from bench warmers to crowd surfers!

5. My wife and I are an interracial couple, is this a problem? Not for us! Some people think that because we're up here in the beautiful hills of South Central PA, that that somehow makes us backward and intolerant. The truth is that we just don't care about that! It's not an issue! And the ones that do care, are in fact looking for that type of situation for themselves in their lifestyle experiences!  And that's a good thing!

6. One last thing on this issue. Coming here is so different than any "straight" club in the world. Everyone is here for the same reason! We all have something in common! Can you say that about the local pub down the street? No! So, let your hair down. Get a sitter and make the drive. We'll make you glad you did!
