In order to protect the safety, health, and productivity of all members and the general welfare of the Cottage, the following actions are considered by the Cottage to be unacceptable conduct. A violation of any of these rules will be considered a major offense, which, in the judgment of the owners and management, may result in probation, suspension of membership, or permanent banning from the facility.

Bringing onto club premises or property, having possession off, being under the influence of, using, consuming, distributing or attempting to distribute, manufacturing or dispensing any form of narcotic, depressant, stimulant, hallucinogen, or any kind of perception-altering drug or controlled substance (excepting only the taking of prescribed drugs under the direction of a physician, to the extent it does not threaten safety, health, security or property), at any time.

These rules are non negotiable or up for debate, and at the sole discretion of the owners and management of The Cottage.
